TCGA, GEO and multi-omics data analysis
Everything public data says about your gene, miRNA or cancer type, from TCGA and GEO cohorts, with enrichment and multi-omics analysis to connect the layers.
Who it's for
- Researchers checking a target before a grant, an assay or a partnership decision
- Groups that want public-data evidence to support their own experimental findings
- Teams combining mRNA, miRNA, methylation and clinical data from the same patients
What you receive
Gene or miRNA evidence analysis
You receive: Tumour vs normal expression, stage and survival associations, and pan-cancer patterns from TCGA and GEO.
Pathway and enrichment analysis
You receive: miRNA target prediction, gene ontology and pathway enrichment, presented as clear tables and dot, bar and network figures.
Multi-omics integration
You receive: Integrated factors or networks that link data layers, miRNA–target regulatory pairs supported by expression, and patient subgroups with their clinical differences.
Data we accept
A gene, miRNA or cancer type is enough to start. We retrieve TCGA data through the GDC API and GEO series by accession, and can combine them with your own data. We work with anonymised data only, and a confidentiality agreement can be signed before you share anything.
How a project runs
- You share your study and the data you have.
- You receive an analysis plan with the scope, timeline and a fixed price, agreed in writing before any work starts.
- Quality control comes first, and any data problems are reported as they are found.
- You receive figures, tables, documented code and a technical summary of every step, organised so you can rerun everything.
Analysis, figures and tables only; manuscript writing is not included.
Questions
- Do I need my own data?
- No. Public-data projects start from a gene, miRNA or cancer type. If you have your own cohort, it can be analysed alongside TCGA and GEO.
- Which TCGA data types can you use?
- Gene and miRNA expression, methylation and clinical data, including stage and survival, retrieved and processed reproducibly through the GDC API.
- Is the analysis reproducible?
- Yes. Data retrieval and every analysis step are scripted, so the results can be rerun from the original sources.
