Privacy policy

This page explains what happens to the information you send through novagen-bio.com. In short: we use it only to reply to you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you send the enquiry form, we receive:
- your name and email address
- your organisation, if you choose to give it
- the service you selected and the message you wrote
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
How it reaches us
The enquiry form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, an email-forwarding service for website forms. FormSubmit processes your message only to deliver it to us.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and prepare an analysis plan and quote
- to keep a record of our correspondence if we work together
We don't add you to a mailing list, use your details for advertising, or sell or share them with anyone else.
Research and patient data
Please don't send patient-identifiable data through the form or by email. We work with anonymised data only. A confidentiality agreement can be signed before any project data is shared.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when the page loads.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for the length of the project and our business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email contact@novagen-bio.com.
